Student Technology Information

Technology Updates


Please have your students complete an Internet Device Request form through their Clever accounts. 

The form can also be accessed by clicking here.

Once a hotspot has been delivered to UHS, your student will be notified and it can be picked up at the front office.


All 9th graders and students who did not have a device issued to them have been issued a Chromebook. If your student does not have a working Chromebook, they can visit the UHS library to trade for a new one. If the student's device has damage, they will be responsible for charges.

10th and 11th graders will be trading their devices from last year for a brand-new Chromebook the week of October 4th-7th. Please make sure they bring their device and charger to school in order to trade.


Students are responsible for caring for their technology. They are responsible for accidental damages and may accrue charges if tech is lost or damaged. Please see this website to pay for accrued fees or damages. Please keep email receipt to show proof of payment. 


If you prefer to pay with check or money order, you may pay on campus to the bookkeeper.

Parents and students, please check Parent/Student Portal weekly to see updates on grades and attendance.

If you need assistance with logging in to Parent Portal or Student Portal, please email the registrars below.

If a student does not attend a class period, they are counted absent. Progress report grades were finalized on 9/10 and report card grades will be finalized on 9/30. It is important that your student is attending and passing their classes so that they may receive credit for that course. The more support a student has to do these things, the better!
