Clair Chapman is the campus social worker at GW Carver Middle School. She has been working with Carver students since 2017. Clair is a licensed, clinical social worker. Her goal is to support students so they can be successful academically, socially and emotionally. Some ways she supports students may include: 

• Helping students develop skills for emotional regulation, conflict resolution, positive decision making, peer relationships, etc. 
• Connecting students and families to community resources. 
• Developing interventions to support students' attendance, academics, and behavior.
