Biography: Biography: My name is Shalonda Griffith and this is my first year as an Instructional Specialist at South Waco Elementary. I grew up in Temple, Texas, and graduated from Ashford  University with my Bachelor's in Psychology.  I received my Masters in Educational Leadership from Concordia University. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Education from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor.   I have been married for 23 years,  and have three children and one granddaughter.  I love to spend time with family and friends!

My Why: No child should ever feel they are not capable of living up to their full potential in life.  It is our job to make sure each and every child knows how special and extraordinary they are.
