Biography: My name is Toni Ruiz and this is my first year as a teacher. I grew up in California but moved to Texas in 2013. I graduated from McLennan Community College with a Teaching associates in 2017. I just graduated in 2021 from Western Governors University with my Bachelors in Education Early Childhood through sixth grade and Special Education Early Childhood through twelfth grade. I spend most of my time with my three girls, 12, 11, and 8, and my mother. My hobbies are reading and spending time with those I love. My favorite subjects are Math and Science which is great because those are the subjects I teach!

My Why: To make learning fun for all students and instill a knowledge in them that will make a difference in their lives now and in the future.
