Biography: My name is Magdalena Aguilar and this is my third year teaching Spanish. I have been working in education for six years and this is my second year at Cesar Chavez. I was born in Houston, Texas but raised in Waco, Texas the majority of my life. I received my Bachelor of Science in General Studies from Tarleton State University. I am the oldest of three girls in my family. I have a large extended family and I believe that is why I am very family oriented. I also love to travel and taste the different cuisine everywhere I go. I love watching sports and hanging out with my friends. 

My Why: Students deserve the opportunity to learn and become as proficient as they can be in a foreign language. I want to equip my students with the necessary tools and fundamentals they need to be successful using Spanish later on in life.
