Biography:  My name is Justice McGowan, born and raised in Waco Tx. This year will be my first year as a teacher. I graduated December of 2020 from McMurry University in Abilene, Tx with a Bachelor’s of Science. Played volleyball there for 4 years. Got player of the year 3 times, NCCAA All American first team, third in McMurry history with 294 assisted blocks, and ended my career as an ASC and MCM record holder for career attack percentage. In the near future I do plan on getting my Masters.

My Why: I come from a family full of educators so I wanted to keep the chain going. Also, I love sports especially volleyball and I feel I can teach girls at this age the different skills and techniques of the game. I want to make sure by the time the girls leave middle school they won’t be blind sided when entering high school athletics since I have been there and experienced it already.
