Biography: Hi, my name is Aly Marzouq. I am originally from Southern Illinois and moved to the San Antonio area when I was 10 years old. I graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB) in December with a Bachelor of Arts in History. I am still a student at UMHB working on my Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Go Cru!!! 

My why: History has always been my favorite subject to study. I believe that history does not receive the focus that it should in the education system and I hope to be a small part of changing that in your child’s life. It is my wish that in my class every student will gain an appreciation and passion for history, research, critical thinking, and the humanities.
