Clair Chapman is the At-Risk Interventionist at Carver Middle School. She has been working with Carver students since 2017. Clair is a licensed, master social worker and is working towards her license in clinical social work. Her goal is to support students so they can be successful academically, socially and emotionally. Some ways she supports students may include: 

• Helping students develop skills for emotional regulation, conflict resolution, positive decision making, peer relationships, etc. 
• Connecting students and families to community resources. 
• Developing interventions to support students' attendance, academics, and behavior.
